Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Full Blossom Behavioral Health Consultants, LLC ("Full Blossom," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging with Full Blossom, you agree to the terms outlined below.
At Full Blossom, we strive to offer a positive, empowering, and life-enriching experience for our clients. The potential benefits of counseling include improved functioning, relationships, self-image, mood, and the attainment of personal goals. However, clients should understand that healing and growth can be challenging, and discomfort may be a natural part of the counseling process. In rare cases, clients may feel worse before improvements are seen.
Your confidentiality and privacy are of utmost importance to us. Full Blossom complies with HIPAA privacy rules as a "covered entity." You received our full Notice of Privacy Practices in your email confirmation.
All communications and records with your counselor are strictly confidential. Information will only be released under the following circumstances, in accordance with state law:
For couple, family, or group treatment, information will not be disclosed without written authorization from each competent individual involved, in accordance with Section 2.2 of the AAMFT Code of Ethics.
We collect the following types of information to provide appropriate treatment interventions:
Third parties, such as hospitals, other mental health providers, or legal entities, may be involved when necessary. We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties.
We communicate via telephone, email, and videoconference. These are not encrypted methods, and some confidentiality risks may exist. If you prefer not to be contacted via these methods, please inform your counselor, and we will respect your preferences.
Distance counseling services follow the laws and ethical codes of the counselor’s state of licensure. While distance counseling has shown effectiveness, it is a newer modality compared to traditional in-person counseling.
You agree to receive informational messages from Full Blossom Behavioral Health Consultants, LLC. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or email us at info@fullblossombhc.com. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) will incur a $99 fee, which insurance does not cover. This policy is strictly enforced.
In the event of a conflict, parties agree to first negotiate directly. If unresolved, mediation will be pursued. Litigation is a last resort after good-faith efforts at negotiation and mediation.
Your counselor will establish emergency contacts, such as a family member or work number. These may be used if deemed necessary. In a crisis, if your counselor is unavailable, please contact your nearest emergency room.
